Qualification:
L.L.B from a reputable university, recognized by HEC and having enrollment as Advocate High Court. The candidate with LLM Degree shall be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably in an in-house role with high profile public sector institutions and multi-nationals inclusive of two years regular practice in High Courts.
Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in the oil, gas, electricity, infrastructure or regulatory sector. Knowledge of concession documents, security documents, project financing documents, international practices in regulatory law & utilities, and investment agreements shall be an added advantage.
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Lump sum contract basis, for a period of two years. Market based competitive / attractive salary package commensurate with candidate’s qualification and experience. |
